Hahahaha. No. I used to go to the school which the kids from Dores go to though. I'm a student at Glasgow. The school thing came into it cos there are extra buses during term time than during the holidays, and both the Whitebridge and Foyers buses go via the school.

I see the high priest has stepped in at the last moment,
to prevent Fat Boy & Co from spoiling folks shoreline
sexpliots.

Perhaps he might hand out 20,000 cases of diahorea.
Silly Fat Boy promising his 5 years old, that he
"will" see the monster. Yes, Norman, wonder what
the prescribed dose of LSD is for a 5 year old.

You going to the venue danixta? Nothing wrong with gig
itself, just not keen on the location, given very restricted
access to that amount of people. It's bad enough with
2,000 people descending on the area, but ten times that
is frankly not thought out.

Why not have it at Loch Lomond, makes more sense.
Would also be a lot safer for peoples access to
emergency services.

This seems to be a bit more thought out.

I saw on a picture in the paper of a ticket, that gates open at midday and it runs until 11pm. How are these people going to get back to Inverness at that time?

Yip Simba, probably be a lot of rough sleepers waiting on the
first morning transport.

Hey, I am going however admittedly have no knowledge of the exact location it is being held. Loch Lomond would be great (quicker to get home or a start), but it's Loch Ness and if it doesn't work out - I'll probably go back next year! ::):

Just for the record, there's no need to worry about 20,00 people trying to get to Inverness at midnight, there is a campsite at the event. And there's a party in my campervan to which all are welcome 8)

You say you have no knowledge of the location. Hmm, right, well that's my issue, where they are holding it. There might be a campsite, but this is Dores we are talking about, and Dores and 20,000 people camping do not mix.

Only kidding, you may be right - I really can't say because I don't know the area. I also think it may be possible that more than 20,000 people will turn up.

At the end of day, some disruption for the weekend will be about as bad as it gets for locals, no permanent problems are going to be caused by this - and it's all for some fun in the sun (hopefully). I'll let everyone know how it goes!
