the first two you mention pretty much cover it.a serious assault including the use of knives on an attack of an elderly security person during a botched theft attempt took place last week.police caught the culprit but he managed to escape and there have been no reports of the incident in the media.

golden jubilee dazza.police Scotland have came in for a lot of criticism in the media of late and perhaps they just did not want to add any more fuel to flames.

Sounds plausible, and as it doesn't present a direct threat to the general public it might not be considered to be "in the public interest" by NHSGG&C Communications Dept..

Golden Jubilee is a Health Board in its own right so will have its own communication department.
He advocated for the weak against the strong, the poor against the rich and labour against capital.

The test, and what the 4 hours applies to, is disposal. The SG isn't unique in failing this. The old A&E and the Western had a habit of bumping patients to the Medical Assessment Unit (in the former Beatson Building) if it looked as if the 4 hours would be broken. Many a night I've spent there.

Yes I could have worded it better.
In theory the clock starts ticking from when the ambulance crew (if they come in by ambulance) register the patient, not the same as being triaged.
In fact, for ambulance crews in particular, at times, there is such a backlog, that they can be standing about for over a hour waiting to hand patients over.

No worse than leaving a couple to die in a ditch.

Yes, the Health Minister on Reporting Scotland, tonight, admitted certain parts of the new hospital aren't big enough for the anticipated flow of patients. Wow, I mean they were only planning it for ten years. Or maybe that wasn't the sort of development you meant?
