I got the Furys, it was a great place. We used to go on sunday nights, £1 a drink and free entry with a snap fax, the non students used to get the passes which were often given out in the surrounding pubs. circa 1998/2000.

I might still have a few flyers/passes. The underworld was great for somone hanging about the door with a free pass for 'Trash' which was good, being skint and drinking Tennants Gold beer for £1 or 50p was fab accompanied by the seahorses and the likes.

One flyer I should have was given to me at the Brunswick cellar around 1997. It has a tank and says 'Get tanked up at Jet'. I never made it that night or ever. Ring any bells.

I have had a quick look through my box of stuff and found a few bits but not all the things I thought I had.

Pictures speak for themselves, I also found a reciept for a meal I had in Underworld circa December 1999.

I like the idea of Cheesy Pop being played by DJ Toast.

Actually listening to the Cheesy Pop, rather less so.

29th July, not sure which year but prob 1997/98. I think it was not long before the place shut down and not long after it was renamed from Volcano?

I knew I had them somewhere. Gave up looking but found them when looking for suitcase scales which sre still lost in action.

The Mitchell Library contains all copies of The List, so if you really need to know exactly when a club night ran then you can always consult their bound volumes,
