Tonight it's salmon fillets with ginger, soy sauce and sesame oil flaked through some pasta.

Being very traditional tonight and having roast chicken, boiled baby tatties, green beans and gravy.
Have made a pot of vegetable soup for tomorrow as well.

Lentil and vegetable broth; puy lentil stew with Serrano ham then breaded pork chop with spinach and lemon. Plonk.

Had a bash at at a roast tomato sauce with vodka - absolutely brilliant. Served with penne and parmesan.
