I've corresponded with him, he really despises "explorers". He's and artiste and feels the explorer term doesn't apply to him.
The place is vandalism free. But then it's in the middle of nowhere.

I tried emailing him quite a while back but didn't get a reply. This is one of the sites that inspired me to start exploring.
