Want to help me find the Mausoleum at Cambusnethan Priory then? It's hidden in the middle of a forest, might not be there, but still appears on all the maps...

Map ref? I've got no idea. I know it's on the maps though, I'll see what I can do.

New topic coming up tonight. I'm off to the real Doctors for a blood test just now...

Been lurking around this site for quite a while but only discovered the forums recently due to a nights' insomnia!

Interests include architecture, photography and local history so this site is obviously right up my brae. However, from a personal point of view, a bit more Moto GP bike racing coverage could be included!?!  ::):

Regards aw yooz.

Hiya :)

Just staggered across the site last night, as I was looking for local forums great site :)

I have lived in Clydebank for about 10years now (oh how time goes by) :) before that I lived in Peterson park , was brought up in Drumchapel (moved when I was 13).

I enjoy watching football, and if not at footy or work I can be found on pc or doon the pub :D, I also like meeting new ppl

Caz :D

Hello,
My name is Drew. I was born and bred in Maryhill ( in the Ruchill cottages ) but moved out of the city when I was 14 years old. Now live on the leafy southside, but still consider myself as a Maryhill boy and prood of it.

Stumbled across the site and forum a while ago. But a Christmas gift of a book on "Old Maryhill" prompted me to drop in again and decided to register this time.
