Sunday 7 April: Possil Loch and Seewoo

Postby Ronnie » Sun Mar 31, 2013 9:37 pm

Come for a walk along the Forth and Clyde Canal to Possil Loch (bird sanctuary and landing point of the High Possil Meteorite), then back through the streets of north Glasgow to Seewoo (mega Chinese restaurant). Meet at 11am on Sunday 7 April at Cowcaddens Subway. Dress for the weather and potentially muddy canal towpath and marshland.

Indeed. I didn't even manage to finish mine, a rare event indeed.

And here, Monument, you missed yourself - we had a walker doing a PhD on Til Schweiger films. Well, sort of.

On the subject of which (food), this from the supermarket next door. I'm quite uncertain how to take this.

OK, where did you go to eat?

Til Schweiger :P What a great research topic!

Josef, two walks in two days - full marks.

Guacho, seem to remember walking down Saracen St with Sharon waving her enormous camera around. One of the locals asked if we were from The Digger.
A vagabond on the way.

Just adding to the plaudits.

Great walk + good company = Grand Day out

Looks like I boobed by bailing out on the food
