Is it still possible to buy a B&W only printer? (with or without scanner)

No matter what printer you buy, you can set the printing properties to b&w regardless.

Don't be silly. Whoever heard of a pastel-shaded mouse?

Yes, but panthers are not rodents.

It's as clear as your nose, ffs. He's the one and only, truly original, panther pink from head to toe.

Oh, wait a minnit, is that right? Was I doing it wrong? So, if you set the props to B&W, you never need to change the other cartridge? Shysen.

Ok, who can recommend a cheap printer for my B&W needs?

Phonetics good, spelling bad.

Printers - dunno. I haven't had one for eight or nine years. JR's yer best bet, I reckon.

I use a Brother laser printer for mono (black and white) printing black and white photos - it's an old model now (bloody things change week on week you can never keep up). It is my second Brother printer and the longest lasting of all my current printers - it's a personal preference but I would recommend you investigate the Brother range.

I am actually looking at this time at another Brother printer, which prints in A3 format - the only issue that I have with the thing is it is bulky and if I do buy this, it will mean yet another printer to install.

I personally avoid Epson and Lexmark for printers but there may be alternatives out there to my suggestions.
