I'll refer you to Brigit of this Parish for a precise definition, but it's one of those things that knocks off a wee bit at a time from twenty storeys down rather than doing the Wile E Coyote box-with-plunger thing.

The very second I saw that photo, I knew it was the Granary without even thinking, dead proud of myself, btw. :)

It usualy takes me a week for things to click into place.

When you see that photo you think why the france couldn't they have done some sort of tasteful refurb to Meadowside rather than replace it with the awful cardboard boxes they put up????
and I rose up, and knew that I was tired, and continued my journey

Flats without windows There's an idea.
"I before E, except after C" works in most cases but there are exceptions.

I've seen them called pulverisers. Basically, it's a large pair of steel jaws, usually weighing several tonnes and it's mounted on a long-reach arm which in turn is mounted on a caterpillar platform. From a distance it looks like it nibbles at things, but if you're up close, it's more like a Tyrannosaurus. Munch munch.
