I don't believe Julie Bindel has any shortage of subjects to write about. I'm guessing that we have at least one HG member who will have previously taken a serious dislike to the woman.

I remember reading an article (not by her) a few years ago about stories that seemed to hit a brick wall at the border. Tommy Sheridan, largely, would seem to be one of these.

I don't read the Scottish press - I'd love to be able to, but the two main papers are respectively West Coast parochial shite and neutered by group ownership - so I've stayed out of this thread so far from pure ignorance. From what little I saw of the evidence in the original trial, though, I remember being astonished by the verdict.

And sorry minxy, but by doing nothing other than abusing the journalist you're effectively reinforcing her point.

Interesting comments on the article, btw. The one questioning whether TS is actually a Socialist at all rather than a 'power-hungry fish in a small pond' is arguable. The point that the photo was probably ill-advised is a valid one. It was the first thing that came to mind when I read it yesterday.

Perhaps you should have a wee read, it's good to get an all encompassing view on things, shite or otherwise.

These women, helped by some journalists are going to end up marginalising the men in the SSP, therefore continuing the demise of the party.
