when ikea 1st opend in glasgow years ago, i was at several meetings with them regarding my old company doing there deliverys, and first thin that was brought up by us we could offer delivery from £10, and they knocked us back cos they thought it was cheap even though they wouldnt recieve payment for deliverys
instead they passed it on to a firm called exel logistics as they had the contract in the south.but anybody who was at ikea when they opend woulda seen the 8 ikea 7.5 tonners sitting doing nowt for the 1st week cos no one wanted to pay delivery charges that were rip off material at that time
