I'd like it to be linked with a winding engine or a hoist.

As I mentiond in another post elsewhere on here, the bulldozers are right next door and the main entrance is a straightforward walk in job, but for how long? Fossil had mentioned to me about going on Sunday if anyone fancies?.

What a fantastic find. Thanks Mr73. This must be the last bit of the Clyde untouched. The bulldozers are just yards away
This Won't stay for long like this folks. Get down there now. Cant post pictures at the moment but what a find, rail tracks still in situe, original buildings, old clocks,, cogs, paint, crane. Signs, The Clyde, rust.
Visit now you will not be disappointed.

Nice to see you again Ronnie

I will post photies later, but *yes* you should all take the chance to see this site beofre it goes under the wrecker's ball. Big industrial sheds, lots of river-related machines and structures, abandoned offices ... something for everyone really, including *very* odd medical stuff - tracheotomy tubes, filters and bibs, anyone?
I got a yellow hard hat, but could have had much, much more, including a *hooj* circuit breaker, a lamp housing that looked *exactly* like a UFO (if you turned it upside down), an Oklahoma state flag, any amount of fuses ... you name it, it was there.
*Hooj* thanks to PGCC and the Fossil family. A great day out.
Please can we do something like this again soon.
