Just a quick query. Does anyone know what's happening with this site. It's been empty for a while now and I know new flats have gone up beside it.

I think Tesco or Asda is setting up there. Just a rumour I heard off a cab driver.

flats are being built, with the option to buy the full site for more if the first batch sell. fact-i worked on the site.

thought I'd dig up this old post. Anyone heard anything about this site? It's still a derelict old B&Q. The flats next door always seem to be empty or for sale so I'd doubt any more would be built there.

Passed here today, they are now beginning to demolish the old B&Q.

For some reason I liked that B&Q I know most look the same but I felt comfortable in there and bought loads for my house when I lived in Craigend.
