... and seeing Fossil 'drop' the local youths would be the highlight of almost anyone's year.

I've just noticed that the Auchentoshan Distillery is near the canal at the Erskine Bridge. That's going to make the cycle back a lot easier ::):

Out for a cycle on Sunday, actually caught up with a couple of boats going through the locks (soon before the Great Western Road going west), nice to see the canal being used.
