In light of the behaviour and comments of a few posters lately, it seems time for a little reminder of what was agreeed to at sign up. Thankfully it is only ever a very few that cross the line into the offensive and most manage to contribute generously, stay civil and only ever add to the quality of HG discussions.

Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat - Registration

1) By accessing “Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat” (hereinafter “we”, “us”, “our”, “Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat”, “http://hiddenglasgow.com/forums”), you agree to be legally bound by the following terms. 4) You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-orientated, racist, sexist, homophobic or discriminatory in any manner or any other material that may violate any laws be it of your country, the country where “Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat” is hosted or International Law. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned, with notification of your Internet Service Provider if deemed required by us. The IP address of all posts are recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that “Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat” have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should we see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered to being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, neither “Hidden Glasgow Forums & Chat” nor phpBB shall be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

5) You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic or any post in any topic at any time should they see fit.
