Hi, Sharon and cheesylion. The situation seems to be a wee bit more complex than that, at least in my case (I'm using Win XP Pro SP2 on a standard Intel-based PC clone, my timezone is correctly set to GMT, and my system clock advanced by 1 hour to BST last weekend without any help from me).
I said earlier that the situation was erratic. What I should have said was that I couldn't see any pattern, but I think I can see one now - it depends on whether I'm logged in to HG or not!
Take, for example, the 4th (and currently the last) post in my 1st April thread about Google's free wifi broadband.

That's the post where HollowHorn says "Shit! it's after midnight!"
If I view this post when I'm logged in to HG the post time is indeed
Mon Apr 02, 2007 12:53 am
but if I view it
before I log in to HG the time is shown as
Sun Apr 01, 2007 11:53 pm
This situation is repeatable on my PC. It looks as if viewing the site without logging in causes all post times to be shown as GMT, whereas after logging in they will be shown in BST (of course, in the winter there is no problem because timezone time and local time are the same).
Anyone else seeing this?
