Thanks for the reply and yup I could do a google, but just wanted to hear it told to me from someone who lives there. Ya know sometimes you can't believe everything you read. :D

In the north it can quite easily still be daylight up 11.30pm, and light around 4am, sometimes earlier too I guess, but I usually sleep through it! Having said that, I remember walking up Buchanan Street in June after a night out at Fury's, approx 3.30am, and it was beginning to get light and the birds were tweeting then.

Ah so its true then. I've heard it only stayed dark for only a few hours at that time of year in the Highlands of Scotland, but couldn't believe it, now I do.

Christ on a bike and all the Apostles in a mini van .. you guys must have some sort of inbuilt radar for shots like these. 8)
