HH has asked for more, some agree he is a bore !

Lovely photies, Big Dave. I well remember my first view of New lanark Mill , about 14 - 15 years ago. It was fairly newly opened to the public I think. We parked at the the upper carpark and cut down and I will always remember my first view of the renovated mill building which was just superb. None of my family ever worked in such a mill as far as I know but there was just something about it that "caught me". I have visited many times since, staying in the hotel and I have always enjoyed time spent there. I would love to eventually to be able to live there should a propertybecome available.

Ok, I admit I am totally stumped on the following. Where on earth is it?

It's the building that sat in the middle of the old Lanark racecourse, think the lettering would have said "approximate odds" or something similar!

Gotcha...

Half asleep and thinking where that could have been at New Lanark, and selectively ignored the reference to Lanark and the racecourse.

Clock should have been a clue too!

Need more sleep :)
