The MGB V8 had a bump on the bonnet but I don't remember it being quite that shape. Maybe a homer?

Been a bit slow on the cars spotted.

I managed to see quite a few oldies this week including a dark green MK1 escort bombing down the M8 with what appeared to be a knackered engine judging by the black smoke coming out of the exhaust. It turned off at Govan I just hope that the Boys in Blue didn't spot him.

This was today around 4pm.

Is the black MG not an MGC? It was a Leyland replacement for the Austin Healey 3000. But it got panned by the motoring press at the time.

The MGC bulge s across the width of the bonnet above the radiator. The photo looks like a highly polished car and the reflection of a building.
