It's the fountain that is Lizsting Mr H; lurching all ower the place. Its subsidence is undoubtedly due to the Glasgow penchant for erecting priceless public monuments on top of ancient abandoned lavvies. At some time they will have to spend tens of thoosands propping it back up again which may well invoke the other (allegedly) Glasgow penchant for a timely all-consuming blaze.
