Here's a quick snap I took from my phone.

I quite like the idea of this subject, I was taking a few snaps from the car on way home from work the other day. I seem to see quite alot of buildings coming down in Glasgow or in poor condition. Quite keen to grape snaps of them.

This photo was a quick snap taken of some flats in govan. It's always interesting what you see on the ends of buildings when the come down, it's like a snap shot of the tiny environments that existed within the Walls, hidden from everyones eye.

Errrrm.... whit?

I'd have that one down as Ibrox, but I'm never quite sure where the Ibrox/Cessnock/Govan boundaries are. There's a thread devoted to this demolition in the 'Glasgow Development' section.

Alas, the days of spanners out and feeler gauges in hand are long gone Bridge, more's the pity.

C'mon the blokes in sheds!!

Mind you, a new generation will find ways of amusing themselves with the latest technology before they too, bewail its passing. Didn't the Ligier F1 team program their Mugen-Honda engine to play La Marseillaise?

First evening trip to Embra in daylight this year!

This one was a very fortunate capture indeed - train doing about 40-50 mph at the time!!
