Spent a week in Paris speaking very bad French but once I established that I was ecossais then the Parissians wre more than happy to speak to me in English. My visit to Sacre Coeur church was inspirering . I was at the top of the dome were you can see the Eiffel Tower in the back ground.

That's a beautiful shot, Hazy I really have to go see Paris one of these dayd. Speaking of which, I found these old shots taken by my auld man, from the late 1950s I think. (This isn't exactly the right thread, but I can't think where else they'd go. He was on holiday at least, having cycled there with a pal. Thought youse might enjoy a look.)
