Great photo of the Harry Potter platform, HH.
Although it's not really complete without sweaty Paisley commuters who have run all the way from the ticket barrier 3/4 of a mile away to catch the 8:35 after missing the 8:30 to Ayr

That would be the Sikorski Polish Club on Parkgrove Terrace. It used to be a Polish ex-servicemen's club, now I believe more of a social-educational society. I used to go there quite regularly in the 1970's when many of the War generation Poles were still around, sadly most of them are no longer with us.
It closed in the 1990's didn't it ? My mum bought a few pictures at the closing sale, she used to go there in the late 1960's.

Better get used to it HH as all the Paisley Canals will be departing from Platform 11¾ very shortly.
Just think of the health benefits of walking an additional extra mile every day

Kitten!
Wow - smashing shots. I'd imagine that first one, with the blue arches reflecting to form near- circles, is pretty much what the illuminating artist was aiming for in his/her most optimistic conception. Nice colours overall too with that blue/orange complementary.

Very pretty. Blue lighting is so hypnotic.

The bridge pic also looks a lot like your airport walkway photo too:-
My Kitten's Jamaica Street Bridge:-
Walbass's Manchester Airport Walkway:-
I love the way the blue sort of pulls you into both photo's.

Mike Hitton!
Another lovely pic. Yours too Wallbas. I agree that there's something very absorbing about the colour blue - a dreamlike qulaity.
I took quite a few shots of the illuminated buildings in the Merchant City at the end of last year and the one I thought worked best was of that vaulted roof (part of the city chambers?) all lit up green orange and blue; not too dissimilar to your bridge pic there in some ways.
I love these illuminations. Lights to the People!

The Sikorski Polish Club gets a pretty decent restaurant revue in today's Herald.
238 to 127. All in all a good afternoon's work
