Where am I?

Was fortunate enough to get to a decent vantage point last week, unfortunately the weather was rotten!
Any ideas where it is?

Its the large, quite ornate building just over the Kingston Bridge. Is it the former Co-Op building or something? Its got its name carved on the front but i cant remember it.

Yeah, the old Co op building, it's on Morrison Street and is now all residential. We managed to get access right up to the very top of the dome, would be better on a nicer day! It was very windy and a little dangerous so didn't want to hang about too long!
