Start off with the Virtual Mitchell Library, then Scran, then the Royal Commission, then try the actual Mitchell Library, which has a vast collection of old photographs (not all of them scanned).
There is also the illustrated book "Old Baillieston, Garrowhill and Easterhouse" by Rhona Wilson, published by Richard Stenlake, and still in print. HTH.
If anyone's after any of the "Old..." series of books, give the book stall at the Barras a try first. It's the one in the covered area between Ross St. and Kent St. (if I've got the streets right).
He's got quite a few of the titles and they're all half the shop or cover price and new.
I got 2 there on Christmas Eve, and he had the Baillieston on the stall.
