thanks for posting your Flickr web address. I looked at your Glasgow from the air photos when you posted them and I though they were superb. I have looked at some of your other photos and they are equally as good. I now look forward to viewing all your photos over the days and weeks ahead. You capture the whole mood of Glasgow and its people and cityscapes just so well. Have any tourism sites linked into them yet? I'm not in the least surprised that you get so many hits!!

No tourism site yet but l have been lucky enough to have had a few images published. Next year sees 2 other images been published in books for release around March 2010. Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement.

Robert Pool has built a collection of memorabilia related to Glasgow over the years.
Part of it has been added to the digital collection of A History of the World, the partnership between the BBC, British Museum and museums around the country.
The website hosts objects from museums and the public which help tell the story of the history of mankind.
Robert's items give a glimpse into the history of the city of Glasgow.
