Did you ever go to the old school building on Craigneuk Street on the way to Wishaw?

I grew up in Craigneuk (but survived to tell the tale) and used to go past that place every day on my way to school in Motherwell. It's been closed up for as long as I can remember (I'm now 32), I have the vaguest of memories of being in there before I started school, but I wouldn't trust that.

Frankly it fascinates the hell out of me, I've been wanting to have a peek around it for years and years

I think Turbo meant is the building still there.

TZ, I think this might be "Cambuslang College" as the signs are calling it. You got a link to the UER entry for it?

What a numpty eh!

It is still there, but I think something might be getting done to it. Haven't been back to my parents in a while to check.

It''s been called Cambuslang College for years and years, which I always thought odd as it's nowhere near Cambuslang.

I'll have a look at it soon and let you know what it is like

Aha!

TZ has indeed done some UEing here. Don't know if they got in the main building though.

You're better off asking him to be honest, as I wasn't there, despite living not more than ten minutes away. He'll also probably be able to furnish you with a link to his pics.
