Time’s running out to get in the ballot for MOBO tickets

13 Apr 2011

Music fans have their last chance this week to apply for tickets for the MOBO Awards in Glasgow – even though the show isn’t being staged until October.
The first in the string of shows will be held at the city’s SECC on October 5 this year, and tickets are being allocated by ballot.
Tickets start at £29 for restricted view, £45 for disabled and standard tickets and £59 for premium seats while ‘golden circle’ standing tickets will cost £100.

MOBO's Tonight 5th October 2011

Postby GlasgowDave » Wed Oct 05, 2011 6:41 pm

It's quite a big deal for Glasgow, that a high profile awards ceremony is held outside of London. This is even the second year it's been here.

It's probably already started, so I wont ask if anyone is going? But if you did go, was it any good?

Doesn't where events like this are held come down to how much the aspiring host city is willing to pay?
I hear the people sing.
