I say Hamilton Avenue or Sherbrooke Avenue. Was over there the other week , beautiful houses.

I could have sworn they were Glaswegians.

Aye.

I'd quite like to have the Humane Society House on Glasgow Green or the wee cottage at the end of the gardens under the castle in Embra.

Seriuosly son I do know what I'm F888888 talking about. I've seen the insides of more houses in the Glasgow area than many estate agents. Am probably best qualified person here to have first hand knowledge of property.

There's a number of ways you could have chosen to describe the situation you are depicting, Peter. The one you chose is offensive, hence the reaction from generally non-provocative posters.

If money was no object I'd import a shitload of Romanian Gypsies and build them an 8-storey mansion (complete with 10k Watt stereo for playing terrible foreign music) right next to your house.

Try Rosemount or Charles Street Flats.
