Horns at Charing Cross

Anyone know why there has been a constant noise of car horns at charing cross for the last half hour? It sounds more than just a traffic jam but unfortunately I can't leave the office to go check it out.

Its the Black hack taxis doin a charity run tae Troon for the kids.
