the uni and the hospiatl are linked with various access tunnels and mine shafts, but to claim they're like the botanics woul;d take some serious artificial lighting, not imposible at all though, and my mum works in the botany dept of the uni so i'll double check with her about that. but yeah, there will be loads of nooks and crannies under there.

the mine shafts are all over the west end, and most need brething apperatus to be able to check them out. many on the basements in the uni have large solid steel doors that are the shaft opening i recently found out, the department heads and security do have access to them, but would be pointless as they are inhabitable by all accounts, very interesting though. there is a tunnel between the main botany building that burnt down a few years back and the boyd orr building that houses all the cabling etc thats huge!


as for the cathedral, not heard that one before. worth investigating though.
