Where would the oldest tree be located within the city boundary.

I can only think of one actual way to find out and it's not that friendly to trees I'm afraid...
Anyhow, apropos Glasgow Trees:

What about the big tree at Nitshill which sits in its fenced off bit of ground with it's plaque. I think Alex Glass (what happened to him anyway) posted stuff on it. That was pretty old.

Was it the age thing that reminded you of Alex Glass?
