Yep. The Village I grew up in ( West Hill) is just as fine.
And J K Rowling thought so too. Putting the Weasley family there !

66-69 Bridgeton
69-73 Cranhill
73-88 Auchenshuggle (been inside Govancroft Pottery as well as climbed across its roof :))
88-08 Here, there and not quite everywhere :)

Born in Croydon, came to Glasgow when I was 5 months. Lived in Possilpark, then Drumchapel, now Blairdardie.

Westerton until I married
Summerston until I got pregnant
Westerton until interest rates hit 15%

Born in Hardgate, Clydebank stayed there till I was 17, moved to a flat in Kelvinbridge with my mates,
got married and moved to Shawlands.
