Heard about it on Clyde 1 this morning.
My first port of call to find out what had happened was on here!
Glad no one was hurt.

This looks a lot worse than the wall collapse on Clarence Drive a while back.

I'm sure the Evening Times will run a story on it today...

Not sure, but they said it fell onto open ground, and I think from memory there's a break in the terrace at one point, so maybe there. It was a gable end I think.

I know there is a break in the terrace halfway up the hill from Queen Margaret Drive on the right hand side.

Evening Times

Around a dozen people were today left homeless as investigations continued into a tenement collapse near a controversial building site.

With just moments to spare residents, including an eight-month pregnant woman, fled for safety as the gable end of their building crumbled to the ground.

What's the controversial building site? Were they building on the gap site? Sounds like they must've undermined the foundations or something!

Edit...
Sorry, should read things before I press submit, the Evening Times story says they're building on the gap site!

Just had an email from a friend of mine - apparently she used to lived there - the yellow room in the pics was her kitchen!
She's somewhat glad she moved!
