Hi, I am hopeing to start a course in August but i need Autocad training, does anyone know of any private individuals or companies who specialise in training. All the colleges are fully booked up until August. Thanks in advance, Johnny.

Might be worth asking Brian!

Of course he may have put his CAD feet up for good....

What sort of thing are you looking for? Basics like drafting and plotting?

Been using Autocad for 10 years now, and could certainly get you stuck in to all details of draughting etc.

I can also give you a (decent) intro to 3D stuff, output to other programs etc (for presentation)

I would assume your course will be covering draughting tools, paperspace/modelspace use, linetypes/weights, UCS, dimensions, xrefs. I can cover these things, but would need to know obviously a few things from you.

do you have a place to practice that you can be tutored at? or do you need access to the program too?

if youre interested you can get back to me :)

Hi, sorry I was unaware that people had replied to my post. I never did learn Autocad. What I really need to do is get more experience with Autodesk Inventor and Seril drawplus(I am slowly working on both), regards, Johnny.
