We can rule out the sommerfield site, it was one of the fag factory / fag offices buildings that stood there till ten or so years ago, probably more. It was Clarke Stephen Box Makers (or something) that was in it before it got demolished.

Craigpark Works shown here in 1892 later bacame Victoria Works (cycle) and shown on the 1909 map with North Craigpark Street running up it's right hand side. From the shape of the building your photo would have been taken from the northwest corner looking southeast.
