Likewise. I've heard it is very good, won loads of awards at Cannes too.

I understand it's part of a lars von trier project, although I dont think he was actually involved in the film itself.

Every single last report (literally) says 'notorious Red Road flats'! Is that part of the name or what! Its almost as if theyve been made to say it by GHA or something, so it seems OK to pull them down...

I actually made a complaint the other day (sad as I am) when a report listing the poorest parts of Scotland used a photo of Sighthill in the link, Sighthill which WASNT even on the list.

Needless to say the photo was replaced soon afterwards... :D

Went to see it last night and really enjoyed it. A quality film, and all very authentic feeling... nice to have convincingly real voices and dialogue!

It doesn't often make you smile, and you will definitely squirm in places, all in all it was well worth the trip to the cinema :)

There was filming at the bottom of Byres Road first thing on Friday morning. Didn't recognise anyone.

I saw a crew the other day too - they were filming in the window of Club 500.

Filmed In Glasgow - The Cinematic City

It was an episode of Taggart in the Club 500, there'd been a murderrrr, probably due to the price of a pint there.
