Hello all...
A pal linked me to this site after he found it while doing some google image searching.
I thought i would say hello as i spent hours reading the stuff here. And as for the pics? I applaud the photographers here for bringing old 'City Bakeries' signs and the like to the net, among other things. Oddly fascinating stuff.
For the record, my name is Declan, i am 32 and am from the south side of Glasgow, where i still stay.
Cheers all for the material. I hope i have the odd single nugget of info to contribute....

Hello from Prague,
Nice site, I like it. All the memories keep flooding back with every page I look at. I left Glasgow in about '87 for the streets of gold in London and stayed there FAR too long, now I am in Prague running my own little cab firm.
