Wait a minute . . . is this like a 'camera forum', where people go out and photograph random people on the streets?

My Polish friend is into the same thing! I was out with him today, and he was taking random pics, on the subway, Buchanan Street, etc.

I think it's really cool.

I see. I take photographs all day (studio pics), so I can partly relate to what you do.

Also, if you want to take photos of me, you're more than welcome to, anytime. The camera loves me, according to many professional photographers. 8)

Lucky you, ID. I must say that I do prefer thaking photographs on the the streets of Glasgow, to be honest though, it's getting increasingly dangerous to do so. I'm actually thinking of giving it up, I've been threatened by thugs on several occasions recently, my LMR was rather expensive but it's not worth losing my life for.

Sorry to hear that. Why did they threaten you?

Sharon, never done nude modelling, but I could, if you want? Drop me a PM or better still, send me an email.

[email protected]

I'm very comfortable with my body, and I would be quite interested in trying it out.

Regards

I've no idea, ID, I guess I was just in the wrong place at the wrong time, sometimes I just want to kill the feckers, bad thoughts, I know, but I can't help it. :(

That's terrible.

Maybe I should accompany you, next time.

Lets see how tough they are, then!

Good evening all :)

just popped on for my weekly scout round the topics and thought it was about time that I put on a wee bit about myself.
Born in Drumchapel (but don't hold that against me), moved to Pollok when I was six and stayed there and in the vicinity (Craigbank, Hillington, South Nitshill, Parkhouse) until about 10 years ago when I moved to Lancashire and then to Yorkshire.

Went to Bellarmine School

Worked at (deep breath here)

Lewis's, Argyle St.
Cyro (Hillington Estate)
Wylies (Ford, Pollokshaws Road)
51st State (Sauchiehall St)
Danny Browns (St Vincent Street)
Jamaica Inn (Jamaica Street)
Disco Viva (Union Street)
Olympus Sport (Argyle St)
Angels (Pollok Centre)
Poundstretchers (Union St)
The Old Swan Inn (Pollokshaws Rd)
Victoria's Nightclub (Sauchiehall St)
Sherbrooke Castle Hotel (Pollokshields)
Dux & Truants (Hope Street)
Chicago Meatpackers (Hope Street)
Royal Concert Hall (Sauchiehall Street)
Pasttimes (Buchanan Street)
Ross's Cookshop (Queen Street)

If anybody else has been about these places, put in a mention and maybe I might remember you.

Would be interesting if others listed where they've worked too. What's the dates for the next few meeting up for drinks nights? I drive up regularly to visit family and wouldn't mind joining in for an aperitif or two.

Regards

Lo everybody, I'm a very very very ve- (SLAP. Ed) long time lurker on 'ere, thought I'd finally get off my arse and register. I'm from Motherwell rather than Glasgow but I enjoy a stoat aboot the toon, taking foties. I also like to go and stare into disused tunnel mouths while trying and failing to get up the bravado to actually go inside! Maybe one day...

Anyway, long time admirer of the site and I hope to be here for a while :)

Hi Marko

Welcome, I've not been here long, but they are a nice bunch, like you I was a lurker for a long time! :D
Due to cutbacks, the light at the end of the tunnel is off until further notice!
