Heh! That's my late Grandmother on my mother's side Josef .. and she did bear a passing resemblance to the Iron One.

Passing the Arndale centre today on my walk revealed a large squad of men stripping out the old Somerfield building.

I grabbed the attention of a bloke with a drawing, always a good place to start, and it seems that the interior of the building will be split into three seperate stores - a Co-op, and Iceland and a B&M (whatever that is) .. outfitting begins immediately.

I don't know what a B&M is either but, going by experience elsewhere, there's a good chance it'll be gold buyer/ pawnbroker.
I hear the people sing.

Does anyone know what year they built the houses on the old grounds of Kingsridge School and the year they demolished Inchfad Drive?

I wouldn't say Kingsridge's demo warrants a sad face....
