Meant to ask, where did you get the "Glasgow Belongs To Me" video Pgcc93, was it somewhere locally?

Kwality. I dont supose the camera pans around to show the whole station? The
Clyde Viaduct looks rather plain with its grey steel and dirty sandstone sentinels.

My computerised version looks much better...

Its increadible to see how built up the Gorbals and Tradeston used to be. It really looked like a city back then before the demolition period...

When were the 3 little crames next to the Carrick removed ? I'm sure I remember them.

Stills from Auld Glasgow Pre-War DVD

Aye pretty close. Some more screenshots from Auld Glasgow Pre-War. Most are either 1914 or the twenties.

I know it sounds stupid to say it, but this one's amazing on the dvd. They all just stroll out the station exactly the same way as we do today!

I love this one. These wee boys are behaving guilty as hell!

Just got my copy of the 'Glasgow Belongs To Me' dvd. Excellent stuff as per Pgcc93's screenshots. Some amazingly clear footage of the 1965 League Cup Final between Celtic and Rangers although the 'goal' had been staged at possibly Love St or Firhill.

Now to track down glasgowken's bus pornography dvd.
