Millie could be on it's way to Blackpool................?

Saw some Dinosaurs on the back of a wide low-loader on the M6 earlier.

Just found out that these two Dinos were on their way to Blackpool Zoo...apparently they have/are just about to open a Dinosaur Safari Park.........mibbe Millie has heard about it and is heading South for a spot of Dino-mating.

I love stumbling back accross these little nuggets of info.

So has Millie gone then?

Well she was still there when I went past at lunchtime.

The story about her going in todays ET doesn't have any fixed time for her removal mentioned, and indeed says the uni would welcome suggestions for alternative homes for her...

Gone. Chopped to bits and taken, presumably, to the dump, early this morning.

I got a few photos, then my camera's battery ran out. Then my flatmate turned up with his camera, and its battery ran out pretty quickly too. News of the World snapper was there for a bit too.

If there's anything decent on my camera, I'll post later..

Sorry, I'd got a wee bit distracted by pesky exams.

These are the two I got on my camera before the battery died, got a few more rubbish ones on my phone.

Apparently the head is to be mounted in the Huntarian.

Would be a good subject for a Peter Howson painting.
