Milk Crate Gang

Postby Pgcc93 » Sat Feb 28, 2004 11:29 pm

Here is the last remaining link to thr Orginal 'Milk Crate Gang', once the pioneer of Glasgow's subterranean rail network. It is a much missed site.

particularly those of us who didn't have internet connections way back in the early days. OK! some of you may have found it, but for those who have yet to have a taste heres the link. (the link pages to the main site are now deleted :-(
I have a personal back up copy of the orginal site but its only for personal
distribution, sadly.

Although some material has been re-posted by one of the founding members on his Railway site.
I'll post the link here when I find it.

I think Sharon might have so more milk crate gang pages stored away.

Interesting stuff, and a good read if i remember correctly.
Eighty percent of success is showing up.

Hey!

Give me the URL of the Subterranean Glasgow website cos I think I can retrive it.

PS. I used to think Glasgow was a boring place to live before I found this site!

Nikki,
I think the last of site was even removed from a site that posted up old UE web stuff that had The MCG site on it.

The guy who was part of the MCG built another railway related site cover Sheffield. I think its down for refurb at the mo.
It had a wealth of engineering diagrams of the Botanic Gardens Station IIRC.
