Hey.

I was just looking at my birth certificate (rapidly becoming an ancient yellowed piece of paper!) and apparently I was born there.

Anyone have any info on it? Does it still exist? What was it's history?

Oops sorry about that just saw something about it on the other forum! That's pretty weird that two people posted about the same thing so close to one an other.

Shame it was knocked dowm, I kinda feel sad about that for some reason.

if you go to the baillieston.net website and ask your question there, someone will definetly help you to find out more about Calderbank House. I know its not there anymore.

Hi,

I have found these pictures on the via the Ballieston website. I'm afraid to say they are not what you would call nice photos. I can assure it was a lovely place at one time !!!!!
