A man of wit, humour, kindness and just made of pure glesga charm.

I am glad I got to know a little about him and regret not learning more...

We'll miss you... take care. x

I've never met up with anyone in this online community but in saying that I've had many personal exchanges in private messages with some of the contributors (all of them mainly positive) and Hollowhorn was one of those who was always positive, helpful and generally an all round good guy.

My thoughts to his family, friends and those lives he touched. May his light shine forever in these forums and beyond.

Very saddened by this. I had the privilege of meeting him only once but it was just like meeting an old friend of many years. One of those treasured characters you feel is always going to be around; never far away from the forum and an integral part of HG. Will miss him. RIP.

I've only ever met two HGers, one of whom lives in the Isle of Man! I always enjoyed Hollowhorn's posts and had hoped to get along to a walk/meet sometime and meet up with him -and others, of course.

A sad day.

Bob Horn I loved you ! we could walk for hours and say very little. Just enjoying each others company. We talked about life and dreams, I hope you are going to live yours now. Your story's of the shipyards were real life, Thanks for being a top bloke and wonderful friend and making me laugh. I have many happy memories of our walks together. I will miss you XX

Always enjoyed reading his thoughts and seeing his photographs, I only knew him through this forum of which he was a big star.
