I passed it today but didn't have time to get a photo. I think the murals have developed since the above photo was taken. The banners talk about the silence from top cops and politicians over a search of this house.

The photo comments say London Road, but I can't place it other than perhaps the half-mile past Helenvale Street. . Do you have a specific location?

The occupant was questioned over some jewellery lost by Mrs Shand Kidd in Oban if memory serves me correctly.

It's on the same side as the high flats - just past Canmore Street - but before the Celtic Supporters Club
There was something in the Sunday Mail a while back - I believe the house was raided in connection with an investigation into a burglary at Francis Shand Kydds home on the Isle of Seil near Oban when jewellry was stolen.
I first spotted it about 3 or 4 years ago on the journey home along London Road

He also claims a conspiracy of silence over the raid.
Don't like the way the guy is dismissed as a 'mentalist' when it seems the police do have a case to answer.

There's no mention of the guy having "previous", so in an ideal world, if the polis fucked it up and wrecked his house, they (we) should pay.
