There's been goosanders on the Kelvin for the past few years at least and more than just the one pair. Also cormorants, kingfishers, herons, swans etc

Goosanders, cormorants and kingfishers feed exclusively on fish, so the Kelvin must be pretty clean, these days. I think the Lithuanians have had the swans, though. Never see them, now.
