Does anyone have any information on a clothing shop in Partick called 'Sievewright' in 1880s?
I don't know much about it but came across the name as my Dad had some old diaries and photos.

There may have been more than one store and it is possible they were in Dumbarton Rd area.
No idea when they closed or what would be on existing site now.

Just wondered if you are still collecting?

A relative of mine died earlier this year and there was a mountain of stuff to go through.
Certain things were donated to charity shops and some things auctioned but other things we didn't know what to do with.

If I thought there was anything of interest I would be prepared to send it on.
