Recently drove by the expressway by the new transport museum and was surprised tp see that the old brick building that used to stand alone by the roadside on castlebank street i think has been razed and student flats or the like being built in its place.
thought the building might be listed in some way, or was it in a state of disrepair that rendered refurbing it not viable???

Banjo was that the fire that was caused by the stray rocket from Renfrew which landed in the derelict building or was the fire caused by someone flicking their fag from their car window as they passed over the Kingston Bridge?

From the framework that's there, it looks as though they might be constructing a facsimile of the old building?
