Postby HelenD » Fri Jan 16, 2015 10:26 pm

I was walking along Gorbals Street today and there were tree surgeons everywhere, taking down the trees by the railway line, opposite the new development where the Stirlingfauld flats used to be. Why? Anyone know?

If it's next to the live line then it'll be to prevent leaf-fall onto the tracks, causes traction issues.
